1 General Terms

By using 995 App (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions read, understood, and agreed to comply with these terms. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and enacted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.

2 Eligibility & Registration

• Each person may only create one account. Creating multiple accounts will result in all of them being closed, and deposited funds may be forfeited.

If you register with false information, 995 App reserves the right to close your account and forfeit your balance at any time.

3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your account. Please keep the following in mind:

• If you log in from an unfamiliar device, make sure to log out when you're done.
• If you notice any unauthorized activity on your account, contact the support team immediately.
• Sharing or transferring your account to another person is strictly prohibited.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Transactions on the 995 App can be made through Bangladesh's popular mobile banking methods. Rules for deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum Deposit: ৳200 BDT. Deposits below ৳200 will not be accepted.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500 BDT. Account verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• Deposited funds may only be withdrawn to a payment method registered under the account holder's name.
• Bonus funds are subject to rollover requirements that must be met before withdrawal.
• In cases of suspicious transactions, the 995 App may place a hold on withdrawals until verification is complete.
• If money laundering or fraudulent activity is suspected, the account will be suspended immediately.

5 Bonus & Promotions Policy

995 App regularly provides bonus and promotional offers. The following terms apply to their use:

• Each bonus offer has its own specific terms and conditions, which are listed alongside the offer.
• The welcome bonus is a one-time offer and applies to new accounts only.
• Before wagering with bonus funds, you must meet the specified rollover requirement (typically 10x to 30x).
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be used at the same time unless explicitly permitted.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.

6 Sports Betting Rules

When placing bets in the Sports Betting section of the 995 App, please follow the rules below:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless the match is called off.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Live betting may be temporarily unavailable due to technical issues.
• If an event in an accumulator or parlay bet is cancelled, only that leg's odds will be counted as 1.0.
• 995 App reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds.
• Participation in match fixing or any form of dishonest activity will result in permanent account closure.

7 Casino Game Rules

When playing in the 995 App casino section:

• All casino games use internationally certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology.
• Each game has its own RTP (Return to Player) rate, which is listed on the game's information page.
• If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a technical error, the bet for that round will be refunded.
• In Live Casino, the dealer's decision is final and cannot be disputed.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 995 App:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Using fraudulent software, bots, or automated methods to play.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial transactions.
• Intentionally exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Threatening, harassing, or using abusive language toward other users.

9 Responsible Gaming

10 Intellectual Property

11 Limitation of Liability

• When data is lost due to external attacks or technical incidents.

12 Changes & Termination

995 App may suspend any account for the following reasons:

• If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is violated.
• Extended periods of inactivity (typically 12 months).
• At the user's own request.
• At the direction of legal authorities or regulatory bodies.
